Terms and conditions
  1. Heat Tracing Direct agrees to sell the HTD Card holder all HTD products at the stated HTD price, plus applicable taxes.
  2. All orders must be signed and received via email or fax to Heat Tracing Direct.
  3. All orders are shipped FOB Stanhope Operations, with the most economical method on a prepaid and charged basis.
  4. Cancellations are accepted only prior to shipment.
  5. All purchase orders must be accompanied by an approved method of payment such as VISA or MASTERCARD.
  6. Prices and product are subject to change without notice.
  7. Heat Tracing Direct reserves the right to restrict, revoke and/or discontinue the HTD Card at any time for any reason. (The HTD Card is not a credit card).
  8. The cardholder agrees not to loan their HTD card to any person, for any reason.
  9. Heat Tracing Direct reserves the right to offer products through distribution channels when applicable.
  10. The card holder agrees that the HTD Card Program does not constitute any endorsement of the participant's company or service.
