3. Is the low price a sacrifice for quality?

4. Is the cable performance equivalent to higher priced heating cables on the market?
At least equivalent and sometimes even higher!
Depending on what manufacturer you are comparing to the fact is, our cables are likely made by the one of them and simply branded for us under our trademarks. We buy only the finest heating cables from the leading manufacturers.
5. Are these products made in North America?
Yes

6. Who manufactures the heating cables?
While we manufacture our own specialized product group which employ self-regulating heaters, our heating cables are branded for us and purchased from the leading heating cable manufacturers for direct sales into the field.

Yes
While most of our heaters are low temperature, we carry full range
9. Are only full reel lengths available or can I order a specific length?
You can order cut lengths but we have to charge out at a higher price. Even our "cut" prices are exceptional.
10. Is there a minimum order?
No
But the greatest savings are "on the reel" purchases.
11. What are your warranties?

12. What is the delivery time?
Very fast
24 hours on "in stock" products but leads times can vary depending on time of year or heating cable required
